The only solution to this is: OVEREMPLOYMENT. Try to find 2 or 3 jobs AT THE SAME TIME and become richer sooner and sooner. Forget about being promoted, new responsibilities and so on. Just do the less possible to stay employed and not get fired. No "pedal to the metal" for a single employer anymore!
